How does payment work? ▾
The Comfort Club is billed annually at $225 per system — when you break it down, that's just $18.75 a month for complete year-round protection. We keep it simple and secure: no credit cards stored on file, ever.
What if I'm not satisfied after my first visit? ▾
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy following your first maintenance visit, we'll make it right — either by refunding half your annual fee, or by converting your plan to a one-time maintenance service at our standard $89 rate. No plan benefits would carry forward, but you're never stuck. We're confident you won't need to ask.
What if my system breaks down between visits? ▾
